Our Factual Correction Policy
Count Loft regularly audits and updates volatile reference data (such as income tax brackets, electricity tariffs, and conversion factors). Every time-sensitive calculator displays a visible "Last verified" timestamp and cited source.
When errors or newly notified official government rates are submitted with primary evidence, our team prioritizes making immediate updates.
How to Submit a Correction
To ensure prompt review, please send an email to contact@count-loft.com with the subject line [Correction] Calculator Name and include:
- Tool URL: The link to the calculator in question.
- Specific Value or Formula: The exact parameter or calculation you believe is inaccurate.
- Official Source Citation: A link to the official government notification, tax schedule, or published scientific standard supporting the adjustment.
- Sample Test Vector: An input and expected output hand-calculated with the updated rule.
